Free tool for marketing and revenue leaders
What is better marketing performance worth to your business?
Enter your own funnel numbers. The calculator shows what a lift in lead volume, conversion, deal size and win rate could add in bookings and gross profit, and how soon it covers its cost.
Takes about two minutes. The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing unless you choose to email yourself the report.
What a revenue return calculator tells you
A revenue return calculator estimates how much extra bookings and gross profit a marketing improvement could produce, and how soon that gain covers what it costs. This one starts from your own funnel: spend, leads, conversion, deal size, win rate, margin and sales cycle. It then applies the improvement you choose and projects 24 months.
Built for the question your CFO will ask
Marketing budgets get defended with activity numbers. Finance wants to know what the spend returns. This tool starts from your funnel and works forward to a number you can put in front of them.
Start with your funnel
Spend, leads, conversion, deal size, win rate, margin and sales cycle. Seven inputs you probably know off the top of your head.
Pick a scenario
Conservative, expected or stretch. Each one moves four levers by a stated amount, and you can overwrite any of them.
See the payback
Year-one return, the month cumulative gross profit passes cumulative cost, and a 24-month chart. The math is on the page.

How the math works
- The lift is the change in bookings per marketing dollar (after minus before), multiplied by your marketing spend.
- Bookings that come from spending more at today’s productivity are not counted.
- The gain phases in evenly over the months you set, and bookings land one sales cycle after pipeline is created.
- Only the share you credit to this work counts toward return.
- Year-one return is credited bookings in months 1 to 12 divided by cost in months 1 to 12. Payback compares cumulative gross profit with cumulative cost.
- Win rate is measured by deal value, not deal count.
Questions about the calculator
What does this calculator measure?
It projects the bookings and gross profit that could follow a lift in lead volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion, average deal size and win rate. It also shows year-one return on cost and the month cumulative gross profit passes cumulative cost.
What numbers do I need to use it?
Annual marketing spend, leads per year, lead-to-opportunity rate, average deal size, win rate by deal value, gross margin and sales cycle in months. Rough figures from your CRM or finance team are enough to start.
How is year-one return calculated?
Credited bookings in months 1 to 12 are divided by cost in months 1 to 12. Credited bookings are the lift in bookings per marketing dollar, times your spend, times the share of the lift you credit to the work. The lift phases in evenly and lands one sales cycle after pipeline is created.
Is the result a forecast or a guarantee?
No. It is an illustration built from the figures you enter and the scenario you pick. Starting values on the page are examples, not benchmarks. Treat the output as a way to test assumptions, then check them against your own data.
Does the calculator store what I enter?
The calculations run in your browser, and the PDF is built on your device. If you ask for the report by email, your address and the summary figures are stored in ENC Enterprise’s email system so the report can be delivered.
What should I do with the result?
Take it to your finance or sales leader as a starting model, then replace each assumption with measured data. A Discovery Call with ENC Enterprise is one way to do that against your real funnel.
Want this built from your real data?
A Discovery Call is a working conversation about your funnel, where the numbers above are weakest, and what a measured plan would look like. No pitch deck.
